How does the process work?
Fact Find and Supporting Documents
If you are looking to purchase, refinance or invest we will firstly work together so we can obtain a full understanding of your financial situation, requirements and objectives for this loan and your future financial goals.
We will then go through the supporting documentation required by the lenders which will include information regarding your Identification, Income, Expenses, Assets & Liabilities.
Preliminary Assessment and Finance Proposal
Once all required supporting documents are received a preliminary credit assessment will be completed via the 58 lenders and approximate 1400 loan products available on our panel to help you obtain your borrowing capacity range and pre-qualify your lending proposal.
We will identify a solution from the lenders on our panel that we believe can assist with your requirements & objectives. This Finance Proposal will outline the options for suggested lenders, loan products, current special offers and the finance structure for your new loan.
Formal Submission
When you have agreed with the final finance proposal we can then submit a finance application to your chosen lender for formal approval.Â
We will navigate you through the lenders finance process and assist you with their loan offer and mortgage paperwork. We can also help you with establishing your bank accounts and online banking access with the lender if required.
