With over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, Tracey brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Operations and Workflow Coordinator. Her background in Commerce and Financial Planning enables her to provide high-quality support to both the internal team and valued clients.

Tracey is committed to ensuring smooth office operations by tracking team performance, optimizing workflows, and enhancing processes. From preparing reports to managing key documents and deadlines, she helps maintain efficiency and organization. Working closely with the Practice Manager, she keeps the team aligned, productive, and focused on achieving their goals.

Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, practicing Pilates, and indulging her love for great food and wine.
