Sarah began her career in the financial planning industry in 2010 and joined Signate Private Wealth in 2018. As Group Operations Manager, she oversees operational strategy across the business, supporting high-performing teams and driving efficiency, consistency, and sustainable growth.

With a strong background in operations, paraplanning, and client service delivery, Sarah focuses on building effective systems that enhance performance, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Her leadership style is collaborative and practical, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, resource planning, and team development.

Sarah holds a Graduate Certificate and Diploma in Financial Planning and is committed to maintaining the firm’s high standards of professionalism and care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, valuing balance, connection, and the simple moments that matter most.
