CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER
Kim is a Client Service Manager, who has built a well-rounded career across education, analytics, and customer service. Kim began as an ESL teacher for young learners, then transitioned into the corporate field as a Data Analyst. Kim later moved into back-office operations before taking on a role as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry, supporting clients with reliable service and strong attention to detail.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in MAPEH and is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT). This educational background has strengthened Kim’s communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills across different roles.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys going to the beach, traveling, binge watching favourite shows, and reading motivational books. Kim also loves spending quality time with loved ones and caring for one fur baby.
