IAN DAVIDSON

Ian draws on over 30 years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry when formulating customised financial strategies for his clients.

Over this time Ian has held senior roles in Accounting and Financial Advice practices within Queensland.  This then led Ian to establishing his own practice, Davidson Financial Group, that under his directorship followed a successful growth journey. His specialist skills in superannuation and investment advice, partnered with forming strong relationships with his clients ensures a complete plan is created and executed to see them reach their financial goals.

Ian has lectured extensively on superannuation and financial planning for the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Certified Practitioners Association, the Financial Services Institute of Australia, and the Taxation Institute and has been the recipient of the Top 50 Advisers in Australia Master Class Award given by Personal Investor Magazine.

Outside of work Ian and his wife Colleen enjoy travelling and spending time with their 2 children and grandchild.  Ian keeps very active also with his passion for golf.
