ANNA COTTER

Anna is a dedicated People and Culture professional with a passion for creating cohesive, empowering workplaces where employees can thrive and deliver exceptional service to clients.  She plays an important role in fostering a strong, inclusive and values-led culture, while also helping to shape and evolve Signate’s People Philosophy. 

With several decades of experience in the financial services industry, Anna has held a diverse range of roles across human resources, practice management, relationship management, client service leadership and business development. Her background includes working with boutique financial planning firms and BT Financial Group, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both people and business performance.

Anna holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Diploma of Accounting.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising and sewing, and volunteers with Guide Dogs Queensland, where she helps raise puppies and prepare them for their future roles.
