Andrea’s role is to lead the team in maintaining a positive team culture, which is motivating, stable and efficient, and that will deliver our client service philosophy.

Andrea’s passion is leading people and culture and is responsible for implementing our initiatives around staff performance, development and operational goals within the business. Andrea has a very strong client-centric focus, which is integral to her decision making.

Andrea holds a Diploma in Financial Planning and has over 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry across the areas of financial advice, wealth creation, relationship management but also including retail banking and consumer lending.

In her free time, Andrea loves spending time with her three children, learning photography and maintaining an active lifestyle.
