DAVID LAYTON

PRACTICE PRINCIPAL AND FINANCIAL PLANNER

David is a Practicing Principal and Financial Planner at Signate Private Wealth.

He embarked upon his career as a financial planner in 1994 and feels privileged to be working with clients as they progress through the various stages of life.

Prior to starting his own practice in 2006, which has evolved to Signate Private Wealth Brisbane, he worked at Westpac Private Bank where he served the intricate financial needs of high net worth individuals.

David obtained the Certified Financial Planner^® status in 1998 and is a member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA).

Staying active is important to David, who enjoys running, playing tennis and yoga. He loves travel especially when it involves food and wine.

PHIL LAYTON

FINANCIAL PLANNER

Phil is a Financial Planner at Signate Private Wealth.

Phil has been a financial planner since 1999 and enjoys working closely with his clients, most of whom he has worked with for over a decade. Phil began his career with Westpac and joined Signate Private Wealth in 2019.

Phil is a specialist adviser with the Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Association

In his spare time Phil enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing cricket. Phil is a self-confessed ‘foodie’ and loves to cook up a storm on the weekends.

TONY WREGG

FINANCE BROKER

Tony Wregg is one of the founding brokers of Signate Lending Services.

Tony started his career with Westpac Banking Corporation where he gained experience in the finance industry as a Senior Lending Specialist over 17 years. He then joined Andrew Stevenson of Signate Lending Services in 2012.

Tony has over 25 years of experience in assisting his clients finance their dreams and holds a Diploma of Financial Services, FBAA Full Membership as well holding his title as C.Dec.

Outside of work Tony enjoys spending time with his wife Brooke, his three daughters Eliza, Charlotte and Bella, spending time at the beach and keeping fit hiking and cycling.

Introducing Sam, a skilled Financial Planner at Signate Private Wealth who joined our ranks in 2020.

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a major in Finance and Financial Planning, Sam’s dedication to the financial industry shines through. He has a genuine passion for investments and cultivating enduring client relationships.

Sam brings a history of excellence in elite sports to his role, having earned a distinguished reputation as an Australian archery champion.

PRACTICE MANAGER

Bronwyn is the Practice Manager at Signate Private Wealth Brisbane, joining the team in 2021.

With over 25 years working in the finance industry, Bronwyn has a passion for helping clients. She enjoys working closely with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences & outcomes.

Outside of work, Bronwyn is a busy mum who loves spending time with family & friends. She enjoys an active lifestyle and is an avid sports fan.

JESS JUST

CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER

Jess is a Client Service Manager here at Signate Private Wealth, she joined the team at the beginning of 2022 and has recently begun undertaking her Financial Planning Professional Year.

With a Bachelor’s in Commerce, majoring in Financial Planning and Human Resource Management, Jess possesses a unique blend of financial acumen and interpersonal skills, ensuring our clients receive the utmost care and comprehensive guidance on their financial journey.

Outside of work, Jess loves to unwind by the beach, catch-up with friends and family over a BBQ, maintain an active lifestyle and sometimes indulge in a bit of retail therapy.

JAIDEN CAHILL

Jaiden is a Client Service Manager at Signate Private Wealth, joining the team in July 2023.With a background in Clinical Exercise Physiology and several years of experience working in a private healthcare practice, Jaiden’s interpersonal skills and passion for wealth management and investing led him to pursue a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

His unique combination of skills allows him to deliver a personalized service to clients, ensuring their financial goals are met with precision and care.

Outside of work, Jaiden enjoys spending time playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.

JEMMA DELOS SANTOS

Jemma is a Client Service Officer at Signate Private Wealth.

With a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Management, she takes joy in supporting our clients on their paths to their life and financial goals as she contributes in assisting advisers and paraplanners with administrative duties.

Beyond work, Jemma delights in spending time with loved ones, indulging in books, playing active games, and traveling. She’s particularly drawn to discovering new cuisines and immersing herself in different cultures during her journeys.

Deb has recently semi-retired but is still providing support to staff and clients of Signate Private Wealth Brisbane.

Deb has been a part of the team since 2008. She previously had 24 years of experience in the finance industry working in various client service roles within Westpac.

Deb’s extensive wealth of knowledge ensures that our clients are assisted with every aspect of their financial requirements to achieve their long term goals.

Outside of work, she and her husband, Michael, enjoy catching up with friends and family, playing golf and holidaying in their caravan.
