TRUDI KAROS

With a career that began in the 1990s at a progressive chartered firm, Trudi Karos has built a rich and diverse background in accounting across industries and continents. After gaining international experience in a large corporation overseas, she returned to Australia to work in the finance arm of a property development company. Balancing career and motherhood, Trudi transitioned into private practice, building a loyal client base while working from home and raising three daughters — her proudest achievement.

Her approach has always been people-first, with a passion for supporting small businesses not just with compliance, but with guidance toward financial independence and long-term success. Now back in an office environment, Trudi is embracing new challenges with renewed energy. Known for her down-to-earth style and genuine interest in the people behind the numbers, she brings empathy, insight, and dedication to every client relationship. She is looking forward to heading the bookkeeping arm of Signate and expanding the service to assist existing clients so they can focus on the bigger financial picture.

Trudi holds a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia.

Outside of work, Trudi is a community enthusiast and passionate about fitness (some say “crazy”), a lover of music and sport, and an active member of her community. She finds joy in watching her daughters grow into strong, independent women and thrives on helping others do the same — in life and in business.
